The system processes images, detects vehicles, creates engaging copy, applies branding, and publishes to social platforms automatically.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and setup
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Not upload offensive, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
- Obtain necessary permissions before processing customer data or images
- Comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies

4. Intellectual Property
All BizMind software remains the exclusive property of Jorge Arciniegas / BizMind. Clients retain ownership of their data and content processed through our services.

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party provider outages.

Service fees are communicated during onboarding. Payment terms are typically monthly or annual. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
BizMind shall not be liable for:

- Damages exceeding fees paid in the preceding 12 months

Clients agree to indemnify BizMind against claims arising from their use of services, including copyright infringement, privacy violations, or misuse of third-party platforms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend services for violations of these terms. Upon termination, clients have 30 days to export their data.
12. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
